Refund policy

All items purchased are NOT REFUNDABLE and all sales are final. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong or defective item, an exchange or refund in the form of store credit will be offered. 

Please email us at orders@phatgal.com, within 3 days of receiving your order, and include a brief explanation of what happened and a picture of the item if it is defective. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. 

Products that are damaged through improper handling are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
